Tap and keg monitoring that plans your deliveries.

Flowplan puts a sensor on every tap you supply, so deliveries run on real consumption instead of a fixed round.

Trusted with +9,000 installations across 16 countries

Film: Flowplan alerts read 'Suggested delivery: 3 kegs Pilsner' and 'Delivery accepted: 3 kegs Pilsner', then a driver loads a delivery van.
  • Differentiate from the market

Beat the competition with live data on top of the keg, and become the supplier they never think about switching.

  • 25% less driving

Deliver on real consumption instead of fixed routes, and group the stops where they are actually needed.

  • Upsell on data

See which taps sell at which venue, and when a customer is ready for one more.

Grow without growing the team.

Fewer call-outs and planned routes mean your technicians complete 30% more tasks in the same time.

How it works

Three steps to data-driven deliveries

  1. Flowplan Beam installed01

    Plug and play installation

Your technician fits it at the taps on a visit you already make, and it reads every pour from then on.

  2. 02

    See what every customer uses

Every tap reports on its own, so you can see where each customer stands without calling to ask.

  3. 03

    Deliveries plan themselves

When a venue runs low, it joins the next delivery on its own. They hold less stock and your trucks go out fuller.

Stop restocking on a phone call

  • Plug and play in minutes
  • No WiFi, no power needed
  • Fits any tap, any brand

Before

Deliveries run on routine, and the emergencies run on Friday

You restock on a fixed round or on a phone call, so one venue sits on stock it does not need while another runs dry mid-service. The gaps get filled by an emergency run that costs more than the order is worth.

After Flowplan

Every venue's consumption, on one screen.

Beam reports what each customer actually uses, so reorder points fire on their own and routes get planned against real demand. Fuller trucks, fewer emergency runs, and no phoning around to ask what is left.

“With Flowplan we have one overview of what the machines consume. We change the filter when its capacity is used up, at the right time, which helps the customer's climate footprint and their bottom line.”

Software

Where the routes get planned.

Live consumption that compounds across accounts, replenishment, and routing, so every truck rolls full and only when a customer needs it.

  • Per-customer consumption

See stock and pour-down at every customer across thousands of devices, without phoning to ask.

  • Just-in-time replenishment

Refill quantities come from real consumption, so every truck carries exactly what each stop needs.

  • Routes that plan themselves

Stops are sequenced automatically as customers near reorder, for a fuller truck and fewer wasted trips.

Do I have to roll this out everywhere at once?

No. A Beam fits in minutes, so you roll out at the pace your drivers already visit. Every venue starts reporting the day it is fitted.

What happens if a Beam fails?

Our support team is always ready to help. If something is wrong with a Beam, we repair it or replace it.

Am I locked into a contract?

If you buy the Beams, the software is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Leasing means committing for the lease term, which is what keeps the up-front cost down.

Will it pay for itself?

Routes are built from what each venue actually poured, so trucks roll fuller and nobody drives out for a single keg. The saving is in the trips you stop making, and in the emergency runs that never happen.

Do you sell to my customers?

No. We only sell through partners. When a bar or venue contacts us directly, we point them at a partner who serves their area.
