Water quality monitoring. Know what the water is doing, every day.

Water gets tested now and then, and in between nobody knows what it is doing. Flowplan reads it every day, so you know the water is clean on the days nobody is testing it.

Know what your water is doing.

  1. Read the water, not the calendar

A small Beam sits on the line and checks the water every day. It sends the reading to you on its own, so there is no gap between tests where nobody knows.

  2. Watch the number move

A clean line holds a steady reading. When the number climbs, something has changed in the water, and you see it the same day instead of at the next test.

  3. Then the work plans itself

When the water drifts, Backoffice turns that into a job, and jobs near each other get done in one trip. Field Office gives your technician the route and the history for the day.

  4. Show the customer their water

Every reading is kept for every machine and sent to the systems you already use, like Dynamics 365. So you can show a customer their water has been clean all year, and that nothing was changed it did not need.

How it works

Set it up once. It runs itself.

  1. 01Put a Beam on the water line. It clips on in an afternoon and starts reading the water straight away.

  2. 02It connects on its own. The Beam has its own mobile signal, so the readings come in with no Wi-Fi and no IT.

  3. 03You see the water every day. The reading comes in on its own, and when the water changes, that turns up in your week. Nobody has to set a date.

For water that has to stay clean.

Some water has to be spotless. If it slips, the tools do not come out clean or the lab result is wrong. Flowplan checks the water every day, so you catch it before that happens.

  • Sterilisers and autoclaves

They run on ultrapure water, and it is the water that cleans the tools. If it is off, they are not clean.

  • Labs and dialysis

A test or a treatment is only as good as the water behind it.

  • Pure-water systems

A reverse osmosis unit or a deioniser has one job, clean water, and this is how you know it still does it.
