Performance reports received a big update! Plus three quality-of-life upgrades you'll feel every day.

  • Order flow improvements: Fewer clicks to view a product, and its key information, before ordering.
  • Battery changes pre-install: Swap batteries on Beams from your Beam inventory before they are installed.

Performance reports, redesigned

Two new sections, Last 12 months and Lifetime, let you zoom out across your entire company history, deleted installations included (greyed out so you can see what's gone). The overview now breaks out the filter models you actually use, not just totals.

The whole report now matches the rest of Backoffice visually, which means we can keep adding to it without the seams showing.

Client reports

You can generate a performance report filtered to a single client's installations. Enable it once and it generates automatically at the end of each quarter. Your subscription tier decides how many you can run in parallel.

Pick a client, hit Generate reports, give it a minute.

PDF export

Finally we have added the option to export an entire report as a PDF. This enables you to share the reports without giving access to Backoffice.

Updates to the "Not in system" feature

When you're unable to locate a Beam, we provide our "not in system" overview. We have updated the map with the following updates.

1. We now explain how we determine the location of a Beam.

We can either locate the cell tower and give a rough idea of the location of a Beam or we can see where the Beam was last installed. This is now clearly explained in the list and popup for a map. Also the pins on the map are colored according to the method used to determine their location.

2. When you find a Beam in the list, you can go to the location on the map

Now you can click on a Beam in the list and you will be taken directly to its estimated location on the map.

Order flow updates

We have reduced the number of clicks needed to view a product and it's key information. This should give you the option to view all relevant information without creating an order first.

Battery changes for Beams currently not installed

Via the "Beam inventory" you are now able to change batteries for Beams that are not yet installed.
